One can attempt any psychometric test and obtain the detailed report for a fee. Charges for each type of report differs.

Consultation and counselling if required is chargeable separately per session. Pricing of an Audio, video or face to face session varies

A general mentoring session without attempting any of the psychometric tests is also available at a fee.

One can also take a package of psychometric tests and counselling, mentoring. Bulk sessions are partly discounted. 

Payment is to be made online prior to the generation of report or actual consult session.  

Madhvi has overall 25 years’ experience which covers various aspects of leadership, coaching, mentoring, corporate training, motivation, human resource and team management and entrepreneurship. She has presented at various industry forums and educational institutes as a guest speaker. She has close visibility to the operation and functioning of various businesses particularly in Manufacturing, Media, Information Technology, Banking and Financial services having worked in these industries herself. She has associate knowledge of various other fields through her vast network, reading and extensive travel and senior leadership positions and can bring many practical insights to her conversations.

Madhvi grew up in Calcutta now Kolkata and enjoyed English creative writing in school. She likes reading and has a BA in English Literature. She enjoys interacting with people and her earliest leadership experiences was as a school captain. 

She got an opportunity to work as a journalist for a short while after which she went on to pursue her post graduation in HR (formerly Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) at XLRI school of Business.

She primarily lives in Mumbai. Kolkata, Delhi, Gurgaon and Bangalore have also been home at various points of time. She wanted to explore different scenery, culture and cuisine and travelled widely across 60+ cities and towns in India and 25 countries abroad.
